Hello friends. I just wanted to take a moment to make a quick update. Life has been a bit hectic and crazy for us lately. I have been working long hours six days a week. This is definitely not typical for me and my company. The long hours have left me exhausted at the end of every day, not to mention I’ve fallen behind on posting here, and on Instagram. BUT, things are about to change BIG TIME.
I can’t go into details about what is happening just yet, but let me tell you, it’s absolutely huge. I can’t wait to share the news with you, but until everything is 100% finalized my lips are sealed.
Aside from working like crazy these past couple weeks, Kristy has also been diving deep into her haircare business, and doing very well. Within the next couple months she will more than likely be replacing my income, and then some!
Things are heating up here in Texas too. Once noon hits nobody wants to be outside anymore; and it’s only early June. I have a feeling this doesn’t bode well for the rest of the summer. Thank goodness our new RV is better insulated than ole’ Thistle, but even then it’s still 84 degrees inside the RV with both AC units blowing full blast. We haven’t put reflectix sun shield up in the windows yet, but we are getting to the point we are ready for that.
We’re longing for cooler temps, and are likely going to be making our way up to Colorado for a few weeks in late August. I just wish we could be there all summer. Since we spent all of last Summer in New Mexico and Virginia, we have grown accustomed to cooler summer temps. I’ve never been a huge fan of summer, but even less so now that we have a home on wheels that can take us to the mountains on a moment’s notice. Now, if only we could get away from the office 😉
Anyway, that is all for now. I should be able to share our big news by the end of the week. Next week at the latest. Can’t wait to share it.

June 25, 2018 at 2:26 amThanks William, and sorry for the delay in reply. I have been a way from the blog for a bit. We live in Austin most of the year and stay in an RV park close to downtown, so you could always transition by moving to an RV park still close to the city.
